Welcome to Homelines Cleaning. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website homelinescleaning.com and the cleaning services provided by Homelines LLC ("Homelines Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Homelines Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in South Florida, including but not limited to:

Standard Cleaning
Deep Cleaning
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Post-Construction Cleaning
Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Cleaning
Office Cleaning
Sofa and Mattress Cleaning

Additional extras (inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, laundry, wall cleaning, window cleaning, garage cleaning, balcony/patio, pet hair treatment, and organizing) are available for an additional fee. With Deep Cleaning, certain extras (inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and window cleaning) are included in the base price at no extra charge.

2. Booking Process

To book a cleaning, you must provide the following information through our online booking form:

Type of cleaning service
Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
Square footage of the property
Desired extras
Preferred date and time
Your contact details (name, email, phone, address)
Payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe, or PayPal)

After submitting a booking, your request will be placed "Under Review." Our team will review your booking and confirm it within a reasonable timeframe. Confirmed bookings will trigger a notification email with payment instructions.

A booking is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing

Prices are calculated based on the type of service, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, square footage, and any extras selected. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include labor costs.

Night Service Rate

Bookings scheduled between 8:00 PM and 5:59 AM are subject to a night service surcharge (2× base rate). The night rate is clearly displayed in the price summary before you complete your booking.

Price Accuracy

We make every effort to display accurate pricing. If we discover an error in the price of a service you have booked, we will contact you before the service to inform you and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card — processed securely through Stripe
PayPal — processed through PayPal Checkout
Pay on Arrival — cash or card payment at the time of service (subject to availability)

When you save a card during booking, your card information is securely tokenized by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Payment is due before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed. For confirmed bookings, you will receive a "Pay Now" link via email.

5. $75 Savings Program

We offer a promotional savings program where eligible customers can save up to $75 across five bookings:

$25 off your 1st booking
$25 off your 3rd booking
$25 off your 5th booking

To participate, you must claim a promo code through the popup on our website by entering your email address. A unique promo code will be sent to you via email. You must enter this promo code in the "Promo Code" field during booking to receive the discount.

Program Rules

One promo code per customer (per email address)
Promo codes are non-transferable
Discounts of $25 are applied on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th use of the code
Important: You must enter your promo code on every booking — including your 2nd and 4th bookings (even though no discount applies on those). Our system counts how many times your code has been used to determine when you are eligible for your next discount. If you skip entering the code on any booking, that booking will not be counted toward your progress, and your next discount may be delayed.
Example: If you forget to enter your promo code on your 2nd booking, the system will treat your next booking (3rd) as your 2nd use — and the $25 discount will not apply until the actual 3rd use of the code.
The first use does not require an account; 3rd and 5th use require signing in to your customer portal
We reserve the right to decline discounts if fraudulent activity is detected (e.g., multiple claims using different email addresses but the same physical address or phone number)
This program may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice

6. Customer Account

You may create an account on our website to:

View your past and upcoming bookings
Track your $75 Savings Program progress
Manage your profile and contact information
View saved payment methods

You can sign in using Google OAuth or a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

Free cancellation: 24+ hours before the scheduled service
Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): A cancellation fee may apply
No-show: If our team arrives and cannot access the property or the appointment was not cancelled, a no-show fee may be charged

8. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes ensuring that our cleaning team can enter the premises and perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for securing pets and removing fragile or valuable items that could be damaged during cleaning.

9. Satisfaction and Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund or a complimentary re-clean.

Homelines LLC is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to property or items
Damage caused by defective fixtures, fittings, or appliances
Loss of items not disclosed to us before the service
Stains or damage that cannot be reasonably removed through standard cleaning methods

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on homelinescleaning.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Homelines LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with third-party services including Stripe, PayPal, Supabase, Google Analytics, and Resend. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homelines LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
