Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Below is our cancellation policy for all cleaning services booked through homelinescleaning.com.

Cancellation Windows

Free Cancellation — 24+ Hours Before Service

You may cancel or reschedule your booking at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. To cancel, email us at info@homelinescleaning.com or contact us through your customer portal.

Late Cancellation — Less Than 24 Hours

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking total may apply. This fee compensates our team for the reserved time slot and preparation.

No-Show

If our team arrives at your property at the scheduled time and cannot gain access, or if the appointment was not cancelled beforehand, a no-show fee of up to 100% of the booking total may be charged to the payment method on file.

Rescheduling

Need to change the date or time? Rescheduling is free if done 24+ hours before the original appointment. Simply contact us and we will find a new time that works for you. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to the late cancellation fee.

Refunds

If you have already paid for a booking that is eligible for free cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For late cancellations, any refund will be the booking total minus the cancellation fee.

Cancellation by Homelines Cleaning

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to emergencies, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling at no cost.

Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather conditions (hurricanes, tropical storms, or official weather warnings for South Florida), we may cancel scheduled services for the safety of our team. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

Disputes

If you believe a cancellation fee was charged in error, please contact us at info@homelinescleaning.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review your case and respond within 2 business days.
